Agro Training department provided training on the concepts of Harvesting with a STS combine and the WTS combine. All of Agros Salesman and Parts people attended these sessions in early June to prepare them for the up coming Harvest season. The Sales presentation portion concentrated on features, benefits,operation, warranties, Harvest Monitor, Settings tips and tricks, of the both the STS and the WTS combine. They also received a tremendous package on how to evaluate the potential of their trade area.

 

The parts session made each of our parts people aware of the line up of Harvesting equipment we have today, the enhancement kits we have to improve the combines of yesterday and how a combine operates. We also talked about how we get the grain from the head of the plant into the grain tank. With cut a ways of both the STS and WTS combine, a complete STS and WTS combine, they identified key components of the combine to better understand what the customers are talking about when they come to the parts counter looking for parts.  

 

The service session was an intense day filled with lots of information covering the combine functions from the front to the rear and how adjustments in each area effect the operation of the combine. Tips and tricks on the setting and operation of the combine were presented to the service specialists to help each of them truly know the John Deere combines inside and out.
